Need to return a unit or send one in for calibration? Start here. Complete the form below and our team will take it from there. Please do not ship anything until you receive your RMA number, unauthorized shipments cannot be processed.
How it works
1. Submit the request form below with your unit, serial number, and service needed.
2. Our team reviews your request and responds within 1 business day with your RMA number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship your unit using the instructions provided, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. We'll keep you updated by email at every step: received, serviced or processed, and on its way back to you.
Calibration services
We offer Standard Calibration and NIST-traceable Calibration on supported instruments. Select the service you need on the form and we'll confirm turnaround time and pricing with your RMA.
Return policy
Returns are accepted up to 10 days from delivery confirmation. No returns can be accepted after the 10-day window. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipments are FOB Origin via UPS or FedEx; the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk in transit unless otherwise arranged. What you'll need
Your company name and contact info, the unit (product) and its serial number, the address the unit should return to, and the service you're requesting.
